Well I guess people compare the two because if Radiohead had gone in the same direction they had gone in their album, The Bends, they'd probably sound like Muse. But...they didn't soooo Muse has more of a distinct sound. I like both bands but like the other person said, Muse makes me want to dance. Radiohead makes me want to sulk.
