Matt Cameron is a good guy for helping out Pearl Jam these past few years and it is awesome that Chris Cornell wanted to lend a helping hand to Linkin Park, teaching Chester bennington to sing and all....But isn't it time for these guys to GET BACK TOGETHER AND ROCK.

they're labeled as grunge..but it ain't quite a musical style so you can define soundgarden earlier albums as mainly heavy metal

The good music right now is in metal. Listen to bands like Opeth, or avenged seven fold. It may take you awhile to like them but they are both great musicians.
