useri love how honest he is in his music. in this song, you can see how vulnerable he is. he has surrendered to the notion that he needs somebody and it's about love lost. it's really sad what happened to Carrie and his baby boy..people love this because we can all relate to life's painful times.

Wow, I lost my virginity listening to this song/Harvest. 1974. Such an awesome time, sex couldn't kill you, people were kinder, gas was definitely cheaper.

Yeah Neil is so intense. It is totally not about hitting the right notes at that point. He just wails and hammers those chords.
