  • Tori Amos - Mr Zebra: lyrics and video

    All Tori Amos:
    Lyrics:
She got a little fund to fight for Moneypenny's rights
    In my hole hole hole
    Figure it out
    Or a civiliaes syllabub
    Hello Mr. Zebra
    Can I have you sweater
    Furry mussels marching on
    Figure it out
    She's a goodtime fella
    With a gigantic whirlpool
    That will blow your mind
Ran into some confusion with a Mrs. Crocodile

    She thinks she's Kaiser Wilhelm
    Cause it's cold cold cold
    Hello Mr. Zebra
    To blow your mind
    Ratatouille Strychnine
    And smilied
    She's a goodtime fella
Sometimes she's a friend of mine
Too bad the burial was premature she said

@venuss424 i think the song is about ambivalence, not drugs, hence the zebra with the black and white stripes. ratatouille is a delicatesse, and strychnine is strychnine.

    i love that big bosey....

personally, i can't foresee anyone trying to deconstruct one of tori's scintillatingly ambiguous songs without making a bit of a wanker of him/herself.

    Hi friend *Waves*

    user
Im making a manga comic for this song, and it DEFINATLY isn't about that XDbut Tori Amos said (i think) that people can come up with their own meanings for her songs :3

    user
@venuss424 To clarify, there is no strychnine in LSD nor is it used in the bonding process.

nd for those that say she doesn't hit a note. I have listened to her for over 15 years...when she is live..this is what we old folks call free styling. She goes with the moment..it's not her messing up. She is feeling the music. She is a story teller...
