Love it - heard it in the fall of 1974, some lounge off post (Ft. Sam) something to do with Pirates - said goodby to classmates of Army medics school. I only occasionally hear it but feel the tug of old memories - made me a John Denver fan - because it describes the "home place" in Hack Berry Flat.
