Queen is my favorite band but I myself am a rapper. there is ALOT of rap that is fuckin trash, but there is alot of deep songs that have meaning by very good artists. dont knock it until you've heard a good artist. im sure you just hear the mainstream shit like solja boy, but listen to the deep songs by joe budden like "walk with me" or "unforgiven" or "dear angie" thats some deep shit and i know EVERYTHING there is to know about Queen and I love rap, keep your mind open.

Still today, not so great music. I remember how Queen rescued USA's rockers from Disco. I also remember where I was, what I was wearing, and Scott Muny in NY announcing "The Queen or Rock and Roll" is gone. He played "Fly Away" for him. I felt like the bottom had dropped out. It was a basic core to the center of who I am, and I am a hetero woman. Freddie's vox humana was so original, his vocal range so grand, NOBODY can compare. I knew the world was forever to suffer a crude silence. RIP.

Queen rules. I never understood why ppl think Zeppelin is the best, Queen is my favorite. I like Dio too tho. Honorable mention to Spinal Tap, lol
