i do know alice and jim hung in that era some... coopers first 2 albums were recorded in LA in '69 & 7o.. cooper was living that morn motto, like jim more an alcholic then dope.

user
this sounds like LAmerica off the LA Woman album by the doors... during the same period... by the way morrison & cooper hung out some in LA in '69-'70.

Did you know that The Door's song Raodhouse Blues has a reforence to Alice Cooper group. "Well I woked up this morning and I got myself a beer."

user
That's a famous lyric but I didn't know it referred to Alice. Alice wrote the song Desperado for Jim Morrison, must've been a mutual admiration.

Lyrics:
Body
Body

Touched by the toil and plunged into his arm
Cursed through the night, through eyes of alarm
A melody black flowed out of my breath
Searching for death but bodies need rest

Body

Under the soil now waiting for worms
All that I feared is all that I've learned
All that I know is all that I think
Dead feelings are cool, down lower I sink

Bodies need rest, we all need our rest
Sleep an easy sleep, rest, rest
Bodies need their rest, all need our rest
Sleep an easy sleep, rest, rest, rest, rest
But come back in the morning
Come back hard

Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up

Bodies

Clutching and biting my soul has caught on fire
My evil is now and I'm caught up in desire
Everything I'm living for is all that I am
Liking it and loving it that's all in the plan

Black juju
