I agree that there are no (or at least precious little) techno poineers, and I suspect you are really into the stuff from around 2000/2001, I also agree that jumpstyle can be a bit minimalist without a bassline, but I think, compared to 'The Ultimate Aural Orgasm' 'Jumping All Over the World' is a step in the right direction for Scooter. It may not be a big step, but it's a step nonetheless.
