Noel Pretty much was Oasis. He wrote the music and played lead guitar. Liam was the voice but he did nothing compared to his brother.

True, true. I love the band but always hated the vocals. And watching this is painful... Christ, *I* can sing better than that - his range is quite small. FFS the backup vocals were better.

that may be true now, but from about 94-97 liam was one of the best frontmen (voice wise) i have ever heard. I still like his voice in particular songs (like their new ones and select old ones), but youre right; his range is gone compared to what it used to be. If you don't believe me, check out some of their preformances from around this time period (esp. the one at Roskilde). I personally think that oasis was the best band of the 90s.
