userI've never heard this song before. The first section of the video is painfully hilarious in a bad way. Elton's facial expressions are so forced and laughable. It gets better as it goes along, even though Elton in the clown makeup makes it a bit hard to take it fully seriously. A very powerful song, I wonder what it's about it.

I always thought a true vocalist didn't need a good clip. Therefore I am confused: his greatest song after his operation on his vocal cords is accomplished with his greatest clip... Am I losing myself in the dull MTV-generation or do I love the vocal strength? I hope the last.

Lol...the melody is so strong and compelling. It's so much more than his voice. The whole thing, voice, words, melody, arrangement - absolutely brilliant !
