Thats Zack Starkey. Ringo star's son. He does need a haircut and a shave lol. But who cares what he looks like he can play the drums well!!

I'm not taking anything away from Keith Moon, he will always be the greatest drummer in my mind, but Zak Starkey definitely has talent and fills Keith's spot very well for The Who.
