This was and is one of my absolute favorites by them. I loved the way it told there whole story but you had to be stoned to really get the words.

It does look just like him from behind, doesn't it? The hair, the tight pants, the woman's arm around his back. Yeah, I'd think it was him.

Yeah... looks like him, and Pam had red hair but, Densmore wrote in his book of his life with the Doors that the Doors were not invited to Monterey .... and, I watched the Monterey Pop festival DVD #1 and the footage is on there, so, I think it isn't Jim and Pam, although, I thought it was at first.

It always seemed to be sunny in the 60's which got you in the mood for sex, drugs, drink, music and more sex. It ws a great time

Well remember that the 60's weren't all that great at all. There were some amazing things and there was a bit of progress but the 60's is also the decade in which major American political figures were murdered, segregation was still rampant, and thousands of young men were dying in Vietnam. The 60's are fascinating but it wasn't all sunshine.
