you idiot! He started his carrer with black sabbath (with another legendary guitarist by the name of Tony Iommi) then when black sabbath broke up he formed a another band under his own name. besides that ozzy wasn't even in the plane when it crashed.

sabbath didn't break up they kicked ozzy out because of his drug habit and he was gettin out of hand, tony iommi decided to kick him out but told geezer to tell ozzy, and tony knew dio from rainbow so they replaced ozzy with dio.
